At the time of writing this we have a very difficult situation in the world.
We of course pray and envision the best possible resolution of the current crisis, but most of us understand that it won’t be easy: the whole of the Middle East region has now entered a phase of change that is not likely to be undone.
New reality will emerge, eventually, with more truth and dignity for all, Insh’Allah – but this might take a long time and will likely bring many of us more pain.
Which is why I want to remind you just how well equipped you are to deal with that.
The thing is, no matter what happens around us, no matter the kind of calamity unfolds in the world, one truth will always remain.
The nature of God, Allah, the Source, the Field – whatever the name you give to the “birthing Reality” – that nature will not have changed.
It will never change. Even if the whole world collapses on our heads, everything will still be sharing one essential nature, which is the only constant in the universe.
And what that means is that your nature is not going to change either. You will continue to have the same key ability – you have it right now – that you had in what you consider to be your best and strongest years.
I am talking about the power to affect life using your most fundamental gift: your mind’s ability to work – in a focused manner, in conjunction with your will – on forming the existence.
You might feel now that you have no influence whatsoever on what is going on, but that is a lie that was put into your head by those who themselves got thoroughly corrupted by the belief into the reality of only the tangible, the seen.
At any moment, while on the surface things seem well-formed and rigid, what is going on underneath is a boiling pot of all the variants, of possibilities, of potential, and that is a subject to the influence by the human minds.
Until things solidify, it is possible to influence what gets manifested in the “real” world.
Some think that it requires some sort of special knowledge, some mystery training, yet they are mistaken. The only extra skill that is needed is the ability to keep one’s focus, but there is a way to make it easy.
Do you know when it is easy to concentrate on something? When one loves what one is going for.
So… Have you decided what kind of world you want? What life? Have you thought it through, have you envisioned a life for yourself that would be a blessing for others?
Do you want it enough to want it consistently?
We live in times of a great change. We might like it or fear it, our emotions won’t change the fact that the world we got used to is disappearing, faster and faster.
Just how traumatic the path of our evolution is going to be, and where it will lead in the end is, right now, being formed.
It is being created, determined by the humans who are living now – so by you, too. By your thoughts, your imagination. By what you focus on. There is no person with a working mind who is not affecting the outcome.
Such is the responsibility of being human. Take it seriously… and enjoy it!
